Privacy Policy

Bernie Breen Management respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you visit this site or contact us, why, and how to reach us.

What we collect

When you use the inquiry form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, inquiry type and message. When you submit the form, your message is sent to us and a copy is kept with your inquiry so it is never lost and we can follow up.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device, and taps on email, phone and contact links) to help us understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out through your browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and follow up about it. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and meet our records obligations. Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows.
